Project Inspiration:Via Elizebeth
When I was a teenager I became obsessed with afternoon tea, the tradition, the foods. So from then on my mom, sister and I would search for tea houses and try them out. Then I started to cook and bake and I would host afternoon tea every few months. This involved me baking and cooking from 8am to 4pm! By the time everyone came over and we would eat I was exhausted. While I don't make those marathon tea's anymore, my family and I have a favorite tea house. And for every birthday, mothers day or just a special "Mom and me" day we always head on over for some tea.
At a recent trip to Michaels I spotted a bare wood tray and I started to think how cool it would be to make a tea tray with some of my favorite Unity images! As I was putting it together I wanted to work as much together as possible. So this acts as an invitation to tea, then the invitation book can be used as a scrapbook and of course the darling tray!
